The only reason I got this right is because I did a study for a practice on surgery cancelation rates and when we did lit review I read a paper that in middle eastern countries in areas where they are very very conservative muslim a lot of surgeries get canceled because their husbands dictate all of their care or can't be there to see their wives during the surgery.
