It seems like a lot of the systemic autoimmune diseases are multifactorial. Is there a general rule for this?

In solving these types of questions I like to think in this way: if a disease you cant recall being inherited eg AR, AD etc.. just choose multifactorial it always works for me like in uwourld there was the same type of question that asked about hypertension, so I hope you got my point.
