The centripetal rash (beginning on the extremeties and spreading to the trunk) is characteristic of Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever caused by Ricketsia rickettsii whose vector is a tick. imgdocJust wanted to add, in pregnant women avoid giving Doxycycline and opt for chloramphenicol. The Boards loves switching first line treatments in case the first line is teratogenic, in favor of the second line. In light of changes to boards, it's probably better to know the mechanism of action of the first line. +2
