nbmeanswersownersucksI think if they wanted neutrophils they would've had to mention something about maybe pus or white discharge but since this is chronic and scarred, its unlikely neutrophils would be present i.e. no longer an active infection+3

between macrophages and neutrophils; neutrohpils are more acute. here is long standing :)
