MDD is episodes characterized by >/= 5 of the following for >/= 2 weeks (must include patient-reported depressed mood or anhedonia):

bingcentipedeI was between MDD and menopause for this one. However, in addition to hitting the SIGECAPS criteria, the patient is taking estrogen replacement therapy which can reduce the symptoms of menopause. (I think - correct me if I'm wrong!).+1
