Note that the question is not asking what cells fight URIs. The question asks what lab finding would be consistent with decreased immune activity (and thus the only choice that matches โ€œdecreasedโ€ with an immune cell is the best answer).

sugaplum  So I read Lymphocyte as leukocyte (because cortisol probably) so that is what I put. but cortisol does increase levels of neutrophils floating around in the blood right, I was going for stress demarg. Can't tell if i am thinking too hard about this. +2

stress increases cortisol..which decreases IL-2 activity,hence decreasing Th1 production and effects macrophages.
