nystagmus with htn is usually a good clue. Aggressiveness is likely not to show up on stems now.

baja_blast  PCP is definitely the better answer here but seeing as PCP literally IS a hallucinogen, NBME has some real gall making "Hallucinogen" also a choice. +

charcot_bouchard  Actually yes. They behave aggressive in response to aggression like police apprehension. Best thing to do with them is politely taking them to a quiet room, dimly lit. Gentle handling of a strong feline. +

  • Patients with PCP intoxication often have nystagmus, violent behavior and fluctuations between irritability and severely decreased activity (mute, motionless, etc.)
