  • Presentation most consistent with radial head subluxation, which is where pulling on a young childโ€™s arm causes the radial head to be trapped within the annular ligament
  • Patientโ€™s will classically be holding their arm in an extended and pronated position with no visible deformity of elbow
  • Can be treated by either (1) Hyperpronation of forearm OR (2) Supination of forearm and flexion of elbow
