Just my two cents: Cytotrophoblast, primary stem villus, syncytiotrophoblast, and trophoblastic lacunae are all components of the developing placenta, which supplies the fetus in utero. These structures are all derived from the trophoblast, which is considered extra-embryonic tissue. "Hematopoietic stem cells" is the only answer choice that would indicate fetal parts were formed.

This is an incomplete hydatidiform mole. They contain incomplete fetal parts including stem cells which are trisomy and give rise to unstructured tissue.

mtkilimanjaro  I got it wrong and put the lacunae one, I wasnt sure if hematopoietic stem cells could occur from the mother as well. If it had any other cell line i wouldve picked it. For the others: this lady has a partial mole, which has fetal parts. A complete mole has NO fetal parts. Both mole types have cyto, syncytio, and villi. Thats how I ruled those ones out +2

I know that complete moles do not contain fetal tissue (i.e. only chorionic villus, cytotrophoblast, and syncyciotrophoblasts) and partial mole as fetal tissue, chorionic villus, cytotrophoblast, and syncyciotrophoblast. Obviously hematopoietic stem cells are fetal parts as they turn into blood cells, but what is the overall definition of fetal parts?
